5.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the 7c7c7c platform. By creating an account, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. 7c7c7c reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Where a member is found to be under 21, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.

5.2 One Account Per Member

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 7c7c7c platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 7c7c7c reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and retain any balance in those accounts pending investigation.

5.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any further verification information requested by 7c7c7c. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

5.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 7c7c7c will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

5.5 Prohibited Jurisdictions

The 7c7c7c platform is operated for entertainment purposes. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Members who access the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction do so at their own risk, and 7c7c7c accepts no liability in such circumstances.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

6.4 Own Account Requirement

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a verified account in your own name. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect our members.

6.5 Currency

All transactions on the 7c7c7c platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. Any foreign currency conversion costs incurred outside the platform are the member's sole responsibility.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by 7c7c7c. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from the platform. 7c7c7c reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

8.2 Odds and Market Integrity

Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Where an obvious pricing error has occurred — whether due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error — 7c7c7c reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. This applies to all sports markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and all other available markets.

8.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement, abandonment, an obvious error in the odds, or a breach of these Terms by the member. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the member's account balance.

8.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered at 7c7c7c's discretion and may be suspended or removed at any time without notice. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided. It is the member's responsibility to ensure that their bet has been accepted before the market is suspended.

9.1 Game Integrity and RNG

11.3 Collusion and Match Fixing

11.4 Money Laundering

The 7c7c7c platform must not be used for money laundering or any other financial crime. We apply Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and monitor transactions for suspicious activity. We are obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

12.1 Closure by Member

You may close your 7c7c7c account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled in the normal course and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, provided no outstanding investigations are in progress.

12.2 Suspension or Closure by 7c7c7c

7c7c7c reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other members. 13.3 Third-Party Services
